PLEASE HELP - ID Verification Failed

Hi I currently don’t have a passport or drivers licence as I lost them both, I know very stupid of me. But I was just wondering if I could use my national insurance number as a piece of evidence as verification?

In order to confirm which documents you can upload for ID verification, please let me know which region you're located in. Is this request in regards to setting up Shopify Payments, or did you receive a different type of verification request from Shopify?
