Ready For Pickup Notification.

I customized the Ready For Pickup Notification in Setting/Notifications.  The e-mail that is actually sent is not this email but an email that pulls in the Pickup Instructions entered in Settings/Pickup and Delivery/Local Pickup and is limited to 255 characters. How can I have the Notification that I customized in Settings/Notifications be sent. It's formatted and much clearer and I am able to provide more information in that notification.

I'm currently having the same problem. Wondered if you ever found a way around it? 255 characters is proving difficult for us!

It’s so great to hear that you make an effort to create a new notification template under the Notifications in your Admin, but the one that is under the local pickup delivery notification is overriding your all made template. I hear you there Sandy. Your new template really looks informative. Let me help you the best way possible.

I know that this is important for you, that's why I personally contacted our Technical Specialist to help us further and Great news! We were able to identify the root cause of the issue and have it fixed for you. Here is what you have to do Sandy.

Go to Settings-Shipping and Delivery
Click Manage in Local Pickup and Delete the ‘‘Order ready for pickup notification” template. 
And the click Save
With that, your customer will be able to receive the one you just made in your Notifications.
