Hi I signed up for the free trial but never ended up using it. I became pregnant and first trimester has been super difficult. I unfortunately forgot to cancel before I was charged. I got the invoice today and went on to cancel but was hoping to receive a refund as I haven’t used it all. Can somebody please help me?

I'm sorry to hear that you want to close the store. Shopify can not guarantee a refund without taking a look at an account in full but if you have since closed your store as mentioned in this tutorial, I can certainly take a closer look.
