I'm sorry to hear that you have been ill and wish to close your store. I can certainly take a deeper look into this for you. Would you be able to send me your store URL, please?
Also, in order to look into refund options, your store will need to be officially closed. If you haven't done so already, you can close your store under Settings > Plan and permissions > Store Status > Close Store. Please note that we save the data from your store for up to 30 days after closure. If you ever feel up to opening your account again, the option is there!
