Refund or credit for subscription

Hello!

I created my shopify store in Feb/March for some products. Due to COVID-19, I haven't been able to receive them as they are stuck in China.

Is there any way I could get a refund or future credit applied for my account? I am planning to use Shopify, but cannot right now due to the delays and the shop is idle.

Any help would be appreciated!
