I noticed in my "total daily sales" that a certain amount/order was refunded. I never processed that refund and I cant find why or what that item is that is being refunded. Anyone know how to help with this?

That sounds strange! I'm curious if the Total Daily Sales section was taking 24 hours to adjust and so it might not have looked correct for a while. Is the refund still appearing for you? If so, has the order number appeared as of yet in the Analytics > Reports > Returns section of your admin as shown below?
