This is Lana from Shopify. I see you're enquiring about a refund so I wanted to help you out.
A refund is only possible after you have fully closed your store, so the first step for you would be to go to your Settings > Plans and Permissions and then click to Close store at the bottom of the page. After you have done this, you will need to reach out to our live support here so that we can look into the refund for you. The reason you will need to contact our live support is because we currently cannot access your account information from the Shopify Community.
