Refunding orders in India

I am using Shopify Store and as I realised that in India return and refund process very difficult with shopify because if We use third party payment getaway like pay you, Paytm, etc you'll be face many problems during refunding partially payment manually ( there is no automated refund option) using your payment gateway.

I am facing this problems

1) if customer orders 10 products and if we unable to fulfill 3 or 4 products then here's not option to cancel remaining products if we edit pre-paid orders then balance amount showings in customer account no any option for Mark it paid 

I AM request to Shopify India team please fix this problem or provide me another option for better customer shopping experience
