I think that ConnectPOS can be the answer to your question.
In our Register settings, you can check all activities in the Shift Summary section. Shift Summary logs all the cash adjustment activities with their corresponding order ID. Other payments by different methods are noted in the total price.
Whenever you open or close a shift, the total amount of money is also logged in the Shift report.
You can also assign your staff to each particular role and permission so the management doesn't overlap each other.
