Remove geocode from the contact us page

Hello All

Im new here and would like a little help..

I would like to remove Geocode from the contact us page, we keep getting this message and really do not need the geocode on this page anyway

Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED

We purchased a shopify from monster template but its not clear how we can change things like this.

This happens to our site as well after purchasing a template from template monster.
