Removing blue outline around drawer and cart

Hello, I am having an issue with my store. There is a blue outline that shows up surrounding the drawer and cart. This is unwanted and very strange as it has not happened to me previously on others stores with the same theme. I am using the Brooklyn theme. Attached is an image of the issue. How can I remove this? Thanks
