Hey @Peter - same problem with my account. Removed all tags from all products, all the tags are still in my tags list and I'd like them cleared so I can set up new ones.

i am too having the same issue with caching and tags showing on my website even though im not using them.
Are you able to flush my store caching as well?

Could you send me one of those emails as well. Our site isn't live yet, but any tag we have ever put in appears in the drop down list no matter what is attached to each product.
