Renew expired domain name

I need to renew an expired domain I bought at shopify.

 

The docs says only shopify can do it on their end.

 

I was unable to find a phone number or an email for support so I have to post here.

 

Please help me.

Sure thing, I've just sent you an email there to help renew the domain. Please reply back to my email when you have a moment. When the domain renewal has been processed, I'd recommend enabling the auto-renew feature as mentioned in this guide for future convenience.

I need help with this.  I helped https://pearson-scope-mounts.myshopify.com/  They didn't renew the domain.  Please help
