Most blogs are set to display by date of creation - what you could do here is set the publish date of the individual posts in your Admin -> Blogs, and it should be a solve to this.
The quickest way I've found to do this is to go into each post, last to first in the order you want, set to "hidden," save, then set to "visible," and save
