Requesting Refund for Monthly Subscription

Hi,
Earlier today I found out that I've been charged by shopify for the monthly subscription.

I forgot that I have a trial store with a selected plan and didn't close the store.

I did not want to continue on using the store and I closed it today

I would like a refund please 

I need money back because I'm a student

My store was growtiktok.shopify. com and my account minhanh16912019@gmail.com

Was it a different feature you were looking for, or did you need some help getting people to shop?

I'd hate to see someone leave that was struggling to get their store up and running so if you're leaving because of having setup or day-to-day store issues feel free to reply to this message and I'll help out.

If you've closed your store, you can contact support to request a refund. We wouldn't be able to handle billing queries via the forums here.
