To provide some context, our Terms of Service does state that we do not provide refunds; however, we're happy to review refund requests on a case by case basis so long as the store is fully closed. If you haven't yet, you will want to log in, navigate to Settings/Plans and Permissions and select "Close Store" at the bottom of the page. Doing so will put you through the prompts to fully close your store.
In order for me to review the refund request, I will need to verify the store. I have gone ahead and sent you an email titled "Shopify Forum Support." Please respond to that email with the requested information so we can get the ball rolling on your refund request.
