Requesting Refund for monthly subscription

I completely forgot that i had a trial store with a selected plan that i did not close. I did not want to continue with the store i forgot to close it. How do i get a refund as i want to close the store and did not have the money to pay for this. Please help me out as I am a student and I am short on money right now, I was just playing around the with shopify trial, i thought i closed and then i got charged, please help me to refund this subscription

Happy to help get this cleared up with you! As per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds, but if your store was closed shortly after that invoice was processed then we may be able to offer an exception. For this, I have gone ahead and sent an email to verify your account so we can review your refund request.
