We are very disappointed with not being able to reply to customer comments other than as a registered visitor to our own website! If Shopify offer a blog then surely this function should be considered standard for shop owners. We want to interact with our customers and this feature should be added/fixed for shopify blogs. I am starting this discussion to further alert Shopify admin that this should be actioned. If there is a complaints area or feature voting area perhaps someone can let me know.
