Royal Mail Click and Drop problems

Yesterday I had an order sync with Royal Mail's Click and Drop Shopify integration. Shortly after this, another order was put through manually and it failed to sync with RM. To understand where the problem might be, I put through some more manual orders and one website order, but nothing is appearing in RM's Click and Drop interface. I've disconnected and reconnected the Shopify integration, and deleted it entirely and re-added it. Nothing, nada! Are there any current issues with Royal Mail?
