SMS Notification not working

I am trying to send an SMS notification to users and it fails to work. I have tried all the solutions provided in previous similar posts but, I am unable to receive SMS alerts.

Email notifications work fine but the SMS option does not, I have even tried different numbers none of them seem to be working. 
Is there a technical, configuration or setup step that we may be missing? Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.

My store is live now, I need help.

I assume that you've set up your store to offer customers the option to receive SMS right? That's all outlined here.

If you're trying all this, without success, it might be a question of checking whether the different numbers are using the same mobile provider? If not, then it may be a technical issue we need to delve into with the technical team.
