Sanctions list !!!

Hi guys . I have recieved an email about " sanctions list countries " .

the email says that some one has logged in from a country that is in the " sanctions list " .

i have a assistant who is from IRAN and he is doing my store works .( IRAN is in the " sanctions list" ) 
shopify wants a good reason for this log in. 
i just want to know what should i say to them . i have 7 days for answer. 

PLEASE HELP ME OR MY STORE WILL DISABLE AFTER THIS TIME .

What happened to your account?

They blocked mine due to it also being accessed from Iran, but it was a temporary holiday .

I'm from Iran and I'm trying to open my store on Shopify, but I can't find anything in their policies regarding Iran or sanctions and yet I can't Choose Iran for my location!

Can you please tell me what happened with your store?
