Says Bank details are not correct & cannot get paid from Shopify

I have same messaged below

Your payout couldn’t be deposited because the bank account details you entered were incorrect. You need to enter bank account details for a valid checking account. Your payouts will be on hold until you resolve this issue.

THE BANK DETAILS I ENTERED ARE CORRECT!!!

@Noirhandmade, your issue sounds more like an error or format issue, and I can certainly look into this further for you.

As this is account specific, I will just need to verify your account. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forum's account and confirm some security questions about your store. Once you reply to that email, I will look into this further for you.

yes please do...I can share with my bank account as you can check it is correct

This is 100% a correct australian bank account...

I am also having the same issue, but i tried contacting shopify support, but it said the email is no longer supporting messages? so i have no idea how i am suppose to receive my money.
