Shopify stores are popping up repeatedly with the entire content they are "selling" consisting of designs they scraped from Amazon Merch accounts. I know this because my copyright content from my Amazon account is being marketed on these fake stores. They also include my company name in the title, so it looks like we are party to the scam. When these rip off artists don't deliver, it's my company that pays the price for customer disatisfaction.
It's impossilbe to get this content removed. I report it to Spotify, but nothing happens. There is no way to contact the store owner, because Shopify does not require any of their stores to have any valid contact information. The phone numbers are fake and emails bounce back. You would think that Shopify would require at least a modicum of effort to verify that the sellers are legitimate. How about an automated text message to the contact phone or an email to the contact email?
Not only am I unable to serve DMCA to the shop owner, but I am convinced that I will never, ever, ever buy anything from a store hosted by Shopify. Their rules for ecommerce are way to loosey-goosey and it's too easy to get ripped off.
Anyone else with an Amazon Merch account facing this issue?

Since you're a copyright holder the DMCA page will be of interest to you:
Have you gone through that process?
Here are examples of content of two stores reported that was not acknowledged and remain online.
This really sounds stressful!
Been through this a lot and I have invested money but ended up other stores are benefitting from it. I came across this UNIQUE app, and it is very cool. It detects other stores that uses my brand's images and contents.. It automatically sends a notification to me through email and it automatically deletes those photos.
Try it. they have a free trial.
Hope this helps.
