Send re-order email via omnisend automation

Hi there,

 

I want to automatically send out re-order notifications with omnisend workflow automation.

I found this article explaining you can use this permalink

to re-create the order, but I don't know how this will help me in Omnisend.
 
When I set up a workflow and create the e-mail, the link personalization options look like this

Is there anyway to re-create the last order by insert e.g. the order ID? 
 
Or any other option to solve this?

Hi Jennifer,

So the best option to have re-order notifications is to create a custom automation workflow with a trigger Product or collection purchased and a delay for when you would like that email to go out, i.e. 30 days.

Of course, I would be able to provide you with more details if I know your actual use case, as you can do this via segments as well.

Just a note, you cannot re-create the last order, as the order template is not customizable, it is filled in automatically based on your client's order. And personalization is available for that specific order only.
