In the past, whenever I fulfilled an order, an email would automatically be sent to the customer saying their item had been shipped. I've just realised that, as of 8 February 2021, that stopped happening. Why?
I wondered why I kept getting emails from customers asking if their stuff had shipped.
Having trawled back through all my orders I can see that up until 8 Feb, there was always a notification in the order history saying "You sent a shipping confirmation email to..."
Those stopped appearing the next day.
Anyone know why or what can be done about this? It's really annoying.
