I use Shopify with a custom domain. I use gmail for my store's email.
Recently I'm seeing an uptick in customers not receiving their shipping confirmations. Order confirmations seem to be going through fine; it's when I fulfill that they are not getting a notice. This becomes an issue for curbside pickup. I presume they are ending up in spam (yes, I make sure the "send notification box" is ticked before I fulfill).
I see that there are solutions for DNS/TXT that might reduce spam, but I haven't been able to follow them. I manage the domain through GoDaddy. Can anyone take me through step by step what I need to change and enter? Domain: federalstreetbooks.com and email: email@example.com.
