Shipping multiple boxes in one box

I am getting ready to launch a subscription-style gift box company. I assume most customers will be ordering one box which makes setting up shipping easy because every order would weigh the same.

However, if someone were to order more than one gift box, I can't see how Shopify would calculate the shipping. 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi you can set up this on settings-shipping settings

create a shipping rate on weight-based. let's say your product weighs 1g, then you can decide for up to 5 boxes you would charge the same shipping rate. so on the shipping rate add 1g-5g same shipping rate and so on.

so if a customer buys 5 boxes together he will have to pay same amount as shipping rate

Thank you! So with this method, I would have to calculate the shipping rate
on my own and put into the shipping profile?
