Hi, I recently had a customer from Canada inquire about placing an order through my website. I went to shipping and added the zone and rates through USPS. She went to the site and wasn't able to complete the order a message popped up saying I don't ship there. So I do some research and I saw that you have to go through Canada Post so I register. Now I go back to my site to add it in the setting and it says I need to update my plan. I then go from basic to the recommended plan and it still says I need to update my plan. Can someone help me through the process of getting my website capable to take Canada customers? What plan is needed for this because I want to expanded by customer reach?
