So basically, I filed a claim a while ago for a package I shipped out internationally and never arrived. Shipsurance issued the money ($200~) and I refunded my customer. I got an email from Shipsurance few days ago asking for the money because the package was delivered months later. My customer isn't reply to my email, but I don't blame her honestly.
And now I don't know what to reply to Shipsurance? Do I have to send them back the money?
