Last week my store started to appear as unavailable and I was kicked out of the shopify app and unable to login via desktop or app. I contacted support and they created this ticket # 18960057. I still have NOT received a response. Seems like this is a common case based on the hundreds of comments on group posts like this. However, shopify has failed to explain why this issue happens across store owners. Can someone please check on: 1) The status of my ticket and when this will be resolved. My following and customers are depending on my website to work at all times. This is unprofessional, unreliable and I’m losing business each day this is not prioritized. 2) Why does this happen and why has it happened to so many store owners? Did someone hack into the store? Is this a bug on Shopify’s side? How often can this happen in the future?
