I can see the big attractiveness of WhatsApp Chat... messages go straight to WhatsApp on the customer's phone.
On the other hand, I also see an attractiveness to Shopify's Chat: It has the "Shopify Ping" app for a mobile phone (store employees install this app). It also has integration with Shopify's Kit, which I am sure will get better with time.
Yet I still see a huge attractiveness with the WhatsApp Chat application for the store.
Anybody got recommendations for either one? Pros and Cons?
I don't want to setup two chat buttons on the website... that doesn't make much sense.
