Hi, I've my shop set up and running since July 2020, why Shopify is asking me for Photo ID now in order to continue using it?

I still don't understand why I need to provide ID after 7 months and why was I not been asked to provide one before signing up? And when is the due date.

The review process does not follow a set timeline. We're not able to provide account specific information via our forums, so if you need to learn more about the date your ID needs to be submitted, I suggest contacting our live support team with the link I included above.
