It sounds like you may have a standard review from the accounts team occurring within your store.
The great news is that while they conduct this review, it will not affect your store, and your customers ability to purchase from it.
Did you receive an email from the accounts team, or a notification within your admin? If you did, the best thing to do is reply or upload the required information directly to the team to resolve this matter for you.
