Shopify Payments deactivated and now gone

Hi everyone,

I accidentally deactivated Shopify Payments, and now I’m trying to get it back, but it’s not even showing up in the Payments section of my settings. The Shopify Payments section has completely disappeared. I’m in the US, selling in USD, and I didn’t change anything with my location (also in the US). I’ve cleared my browsing history. Logged out and back in. And nothing is working! Please help! I just launched and want to be able to offer a credit card option as well as PayPal.

Nick here from Shopify. 

That does sound very strange if I'm being perfectly honest, especially if you haven't changed any details. It is difficult to troubleshoot this without any more information or taking a closer look at your store. Because of this, I will send you an email (to the email you used to sign up to the community with) to verify your store details for privacy and security reasons and investigate this further if that's ok? If for any reason you didn't receive an email, please let me know in a reply here.
