I'm new to Shopify and Amazon...I currently import my Etsy shop to Shopify successfully..
I want to sync Shopify products to Amazon Seller Account in near future using Amazon seller channel....currently I don't have Amazon Seller Account !
So my question is after I add my Shopify products to Amazon is there any way to change the first product image on Amazon Seller Account without having sync issue with Shopify....because I want add extra text and images to first product image on Shopify site but according Amazon Product Image Requirements ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202073580 ) the images should not have any extra images and text or color background...
I don't want to disconnect Shopify and Amazon sync when I change first image on Amazon listing ...because I like to use Shopify backend to fullfill my Amazon orders !

You can updated/edit the main image on Amazon without affecting the link to Shopify or your Shopify product listing.
If I have a GTIN exemption from Amazon.... is there any way to add Shopify products to Amazon using Shopify's Amazon sales channel ?
If not can I use Order Desk (https://www.orderdesk.com) to connect Shopify and Amazon ?

I know that you are able to create a new Amazon product without a pre-existing GTIN listing on Amazon using the Amazon sales channel. As to whether it would work if your product doesn't have one, I can't say as our products all had UPC's, so we never encountered that situation.
We no longer use the Amazon sales channel itself - we use Sellbrite now (there were other marketplaces we needed to connect to that don't currently have a Shopify sales channel). With Sellbrite, you can create new listings for a product that already exists on Amazon, but you cannot create a new Amazon product. So when we start carrying a new item that doesn't exist on Amazon yet, we have to create it from within our seller central account on Amazon and then connect our Shopify listing from Sellbrite to the newly created product.
I am also not familiar with Orderdesk, but looking at the documentation just now, I don't see where creating new products or even creating new listings for existing products is an available feature. it appears that you would need to create the products and/or set up your listings using another method, and Orderdesk will simply keep the inventory synced between Amazon/Shopify once they are all created.

I already contact OrderDesk about this issue.... Yes I think we cannot creating new products using OrderDesk but we can keep the inventory and orders synced between Amazon/Shopify.....
2) Also is there any best and cost effective service to buy UPC codes that you can recommend ?

Sorry @MendesSilva , I wish I could help with a recommendation, but we just haven't run into a situation yet where we would need to buy any (all our products so far have already had UPC's).
