Hi all, I've been having a mare. I've had a Shopify store 18 months-ish now and they've just asked for photo ID - I have a driving license but can't find it, possibly left at work. I've sent off for a replacement which should be around 2-3 weeks but Shopify yesterday messaged and gave me til 7:30 tomorrow night to submit photo ID or have my Shopify Payments on hold. This, in the midst of our busiest period. I love Shopify, but is there anything I can do to put their hold on hold for a fortnight until I get it back as I have a few hundred pound payment due any day - or do I have to suck it up? I have other ID in the meantime, but nothing official with a photo.
Can somebody from Shopify Dmin support sort this please. I've chatted to a couple of people but I'm just having my time wasted being told I change name to my partners and submit her docs which doesn't work... And my payment for today hasn't gone through. This is getting silly. Customer support poor so far
