I am new to the boards, but a long time shopify store user/owner. I have recently expanded the business and opened a new store only to be COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT multiple times with no explanation. The support just tells me to try another card when selecting a plan, I do so, and instantly I am kicked out of my store.
I have no idea what to do at this point as we've spent hours setting up the store just to be kicked out. No response from their e-mail team, nothing. I'd just like to get this resolved.
Any input on how to get in touch with an actual person at their risk team would be great.
