What is going on with Shopify? I have waiting all day to get my store back online. My store was hacked and I can't anyone online. I have chatted with several people from Shopify and my issue still is not resolved and they keep telling me to email support. Have not heard back from anyone by email? What is going on?

My store got hacked also. I don't understand how this happened. Haven't been able to use my account for the past 18 hours.  Can't reach anyone by phone and no response in the past 3 hours. I think Shopify has been compromised somehow and I am worried.

Nick here from Shopify. 

You mentioned about reaching out to our support team already. If you have already reached out and it has been passed to our specialist team the best thing to do is to keep to that email/await an update. It would already be in the hands of the correct team and the quickest way for you to know more about this. If you have not had a ticket created let me know and we can get the process started. I want to also assure you that Shopify was not hacked in any way so there is nothing to worry about in that sense.

Nick,
Thank you for such a quick response. The email I received from Shopify has
a Support number to call regarding my hacked and locked account. I have
called that number at least 10 times during the day and evening and it
keeps stating that the call volume is higher than expected and hangs up
even at 11:00 PM. When I was able to reach a person last night, she
kept repeating what sounded like a pre-written script about Shopify
Security and she had no access to my account. I am very frustrated. My
store is essentially shut down and I am not reaching anyone who can help
answer my questions.
