Good night,

I have just customized my Shopify store, verified my email, set up payments, and directly after I paid $29 for the basic plan my site became unavailable. PLEASE help with this as soon as possible. This is really hurting my sales at the moment being that I just released a new product in high demand. I have no idea what's going on!

I’m sorry to hear that you are getting a message saying your store is unavailable. I’m here to help!


Please try the following troubleshooting steps:


  1. Clear the cache on your browser and try logging in again.
  2. Double check that you are entering the correct store name when logging in. To do this, please choose the ‘Forgot store?’  option on the login page as seen below, to have your store information emailed to you .


If neither of the above troubleshooting steps help, please reply back here to let me know, and we’ll proceed with looking further into this for you.
