Hi

Shopify store is pointing to a weird sub domain " ?nopreview "
So the url looks like: https://massagesticker.com/?nopreview
can some one help with whats wrong ? the domain is registered with google domains

Note: before that for a day i was not able to access the store , i was getting an error " connection reset " , even though it was accessible from my friends side.

This is an accepted solution.

Hi @mohammad_odeh,

The "?nopreview" can be disregarded and is likely only showing on your end. When I accessed your site (via both the root and subdomain), it did not display for me. If you access your site in a private/ Incognito window you should see the same thing.

Are you still seeing errors on your end?

Kind regards,

Hi,

I have the same problem. https://www.flowerstostay.nl/?nopreview appears after I clicked on 'edit the theme code' and 'preview' of de blockshop theme. Not in incognito mode, but how can I get this fixed in normal mode?

Hi @flowerstostay,

I'm glad to hear that you were able to get this resolved. This URL string can sometimes appear but you needn't worry about it—this is only visible to you and none of your customers will see it. Clearing your cookies and cache can help remove it, but either way this isn't something that will appear publicly on the storefront.

Kind regards,
