Sorry to hear that your annual plan has been incorrectly calculated. This can normally be influenced by a currency conversion rate or a local tax that may be added to your plan but sometimes there can be additional errors.

Alternatively, within the Settings > Billing section of your admin, you can email the billing team directly from your latest invoice for any queries you may have.
