Shopify Support is Horrible

I have "chatted" with 3 different support personnel and each time they deny the one function that is built-in to Shopify is native and will not work for what I want.  Yet there are Help Files provided by Shopify to show how to make this function work for me.  I even showed them the link to the files.  The problem was the function didn't work as expected and that is why I was accessing support in the first place.  I really wish there was still a phone option because having to explain myself 3 times to different people was very frustrating.  In the end, I gave up and I am currently looking for another platform with better support, like using an actual PHONE. (whuch seems to be a lost art these days)
