Shopify Trial Extension

Hello, I received an email today that I could get a 14 day extension on my free trial. I clicked on the “add 14 days” button & it says that I’m not eligible. Is there anything I can do?

Sorry to hear that the email wouldn't work for you. The trial is only eligible if you haven't already had an extension on your store. I can certainly check this out further for you if you want. In order to do so, I will just need to verify you as the account owner. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forums account and confirm some security questions about your store. Once you reply to that email, I can check it out for you. Please check your spam/junk folder for this email as sometimes it can land there.
