Hi there,
My shopify account and store have just been suspended without any notification. I have contacted support but they refuse to tell me the reason for closing my account and just said the decision is from Risk Analysis team and they can't provide detail.
That's so frustrated because I just open my store and I'm still configuring the store and uploading my product.
Anybody experience this case? what can I do now?
