Shopify didn't noticed a purchase from the customer ..

Got a message on our email about a transaction as follows: Dear Merchant,
You have received an order on https://secure.ccavenue.com . But the Order summary was missing in the mail. What went wrong this time ?? Any solution for this ??

Sounds like you've received a scam/phishing email. Who did the email come from? Have you actioned anything from within the email?

No .. It was from the same person who is the customer and got address from the email as well ..
