I have been using Shopify email app, until today. I went to send an email and across the top in a red banner it says it has been blocked contact support.
Well I tried, hung out on chat for 2 hours with it endlessly saying 1 minute. Tried to send an email and lost my place in line.
Checked my email and apparently support tried to talk to me but I was not there . So I tried the forums, I have no idea how to post a question or reply to a thread. Where are the instructions?
I am so frustrated right now. Three hours of wasted time to be stuck in an endless round about. Click here to get support, lose your place in line, click on email and it just takes me back to the search our forums. How the heck does anyone navigate here?
