Shopify email going to junk mail

Hi,

Super new to shopify, still trying to learn about everything. 

Two things I have trouble with currently:

- Email notifications from Shopify regarding orders keeps going to junk mail - how do i fix it? I tried to mark it as Not Junk many times - not working. Really want to fix this one - please advice. 

The billing and system changes are fine though. 

- Also when testing the subscription/email sign up on Shopify - nothing happens, no emails...etc. after sign up to the "customer". Managed to bypass the issue using an app.
