Shopify (no-reply@shopify.com) in the from section on customer email in BT Mail

Hello, i'm hoping someone can help me.

My customers are currently receiving emails but the from section says From: Shopify. When you hover over it it states the email is from no-reply@shopify.com

How do I get rid of all shopify text based branding in this scenario?

Why there is no shopify support replying emails? is it because of holidays? When will they return to reply our emails please?
