On one of my managed stores, the text message confirmations at checkout are not making it to the customer at all. What could be causing this issue?
Did you change the default e-mail template?If you did, best way would be to revert to default and see if the problem persists.

Yes, I have a similar issue. They have an option for the messenger service, I did not opt it. Because what happens to customers who do not have messenger.
