Shopify payment on hold

I've contacted support 2 times via chat about this message I still have on my site.  This is very discouraging because I have one order and I cannot fulfill because of this message.  I need to some help so that I can get this taken care of.  

Your Shopify Payments account is on hold

Your store can’t accept new orders with Shopify Payments.

 

Exremely disappointed.

Getting the support when you need it is crucial for any business and I'm sorry that we weren't able to provide the support you needed when you needed us the most. I'm having the same issue with payments on hold. How can I correct this?

Would love for someone to actually get back to me. I've setup Stripe payments and immediately moved from Shopify payments. But this is now cancelled?

Can you please help me as well?? I CANNOT find a place to post my question, nor can I find ANY email accounts for support or anything like that. I have no way of figuring out why my payments are on hold because I have no received an email at all. Store: edited

Good job I wasn't holding my breath on help from Shopify.... supposedly helping 'independents' and small retailers....
